Stolen copper wiring, a counterfeit $20 and more drunks.

Theft

Justin Paxson, 30, Main Street, Doylestown, was arrested on Friday, February 18 at about 6:09 p.m. after he allegedly removed approximately 100 feet of copper wiring from alongside the train tracks at the SEPTA station.

The wiring is valued at about $1,000.

Disorderly Conduct

Christopher Eismann, 24, Holly Way, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, February 19 at approximately 3:55 a.m. for allegedly banging on the exterior doors and windows of an E. State Street apartment building for an extended time.

Liquor Laws

A 17-year old male, Doylestown, was cited on Saturday, February 19 at about 5:32 after he allegedly attempted to use a fake identification card to purchase alcohol at the Wine and Spirits Shoppe on Veterans Lane.

Public Drunkenness

Matthew Donohue, 43, Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown, was cited on Sunday, February 20 at approximately 11:00 p.m. after he was observed stumbling down the sidewalk on N. Main Street in the area of Spruce Street.

Driving Under the Influence

Robert Topley, 22, Buttonwood Drive, Doylestown, was arrested on Tuesday, February 22 at approximately 9:00 p.m. after an officer observed his vehicle strike a barrier pole at the front of the WaWa.

During the investigation, Topley was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.

Topley was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Counterfeit

A representative from Rite Aid reported that someone passed a suspected counterfeit $20 bill at the store on Tuesday, February 22 sometime before 10:00 p.m.

Drug Violations

Alexander Glider, 21, Hedgerow Lane, Doylestown, was arrested on Wednesday, February 23 at approximately 8:58 p.m. after he was stopped for operating his vehicle without headlights illuminated.

During the traffic stop, the odor of marijuana was detected. A small bag of suspected marijuana was found in Glider’s pocket.
