Woman accused of urinating on courthouse steps among incidents in this week's police roundup.

Disorderly Conduct

Corinne Stahl, 29, Sandy Ridge Road, Stockton, NJ, was cited on Sunday, November 20 at approximately 4:02 PM after she was allegedly observed urinating on the steps of the .

Stahl was also cited for public drunkenness.

Disorderly Conduct

Kenneth Bishop, 23, Trewigtown Road, Colmar, was cited on Sunday, November 20 at approximately 12:56 AM after he allegedly bypassed caution tape and a barricade so that he could write his name in freshly laid cement on S. Main Street.

Disorderly Conduct

Charges are pending against two 14-year old males and one 15-year old male after they were allegedly observed pulling on vehicle handles and entering an unlocked vehicle on West Street in the area of Ashland Street.

The incident occurred on Sunday, November 20 at approximately 7:56 PM.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was observed on the rear wall of a retail store on the 200 block of W. State Street on Tuesday, November 22.

Graffiti was written in red spray paint.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was observed on a generator at a business on the 200 block of Union Street on Tuesday, November 22.

Graffiti was written in white spray paint.

Disorderly Conduct

Ryan Nawn, 22, St. Lawrence Way, Furlong, was cited on Tuesday, November 22 at approximately 6:46 PM after he allegedly created a disturbance and refused to leave the porch of a residence on the tens block of N. Hamilton Street.

Driving Under the Influence

A 17-year old male, Doylestown, was arrested on Wednesday, November 23 at approximately 9:50 PM after his vehicle was stopped for driving without headlights illuminated.

During the traffic stop, an odor of marijuana was observed in the vehicle and on the male, and the male was found to possess a small bag of suspected marijuana. 

The male was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.

Charges include possession of marijuana.

Disorderly Conduct

Thomas Maxwell, 22, Buck Road, Warrington, was cited on Thursday, November 24 at approximately 12:30 AM after he allegedly created a disturbance at a S. Main Street bar.

Maxwell was also cited for public drunkenness.

Robert Dowd, 21, Maple Avenue, Doylestown, was cited on Thursday, November 24 at approximately 2:15 AM for allegedly urinating behind the sign of a business on the 100 block of S. Main Street.

Public Drunkenness

Carlos Perez-Ramirez, 26, Court Street, Doylestown, was cited on Thursday, November 24 at approximately 2:11 PM after he was observed staggering in the middle of the roadway on State Street in the area of Church Street.

Criminal Mischief

A representative from reported graffiti written in the men’s bathroom stall on Friday, November 25 at approximately 11:56 AM.

Graffiti was written in gold paint marker.

Video surveillance shows a male wearing a green t-shirt, dark jeans, and a black baseball cap with plaid front entering the restroom.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was reported on an electrical box at the rear of the on Friday, November 25. 

The graffiti was written in black marker within the past week.

Criminal Mischief

A representative from a furniture business on the 200 block of W. Ashland Street reported that someone had thrown a piece of concrete through a side window of the business sometime between 4:00 PM on Friday, November 25 and 7:45 AM on Saturday, November 26.

Two items in the repair shop were damaged by the concrete.

A representative from a retail store on the tens block of S. Main Street reported that someone had thrown a rock at a rear door, shattering a window in the door.

The incident occurred sometime between 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 26 and 8:30 AM on Sunday, November 27.

Criminal Mischief

Graffiti was observed on a No Outlet sign at the intersection of East Street and School Hill Drive on Sunday, November 27.

Graffiti was written in black spray paint.

Theft

A representative from a retail store on the tens block of E. State Street reported that someone entered the store and removed $215 from a cash box sometime between 5:05 PM on Monday, November 28 and 10:15 AM on Tuesday, November 29.

There were no signs of forced entry into the business.

Theft

A resident of Kreutz Avenue reported that someone removed approximately $1,000 in various jewelry pieces from her residence sometime between Wednesday, September 7 and Monday, November 28.

One of the jewelry items is described as an antique gold women’s pocket watch with the name “Maggie” engraved on the front door.

Public Drunkenness

A citation has been filed against Jessica Kimberly, 45, Court Street, Doylestown, after she was allegedly observed staggering in a restaurant on the 100 block of W. State Street on Tuesday, November 29 at approximately 6:45 PM.
