Evan Stoler, 24, CB South Graduate, Animal Lover

Evan Andrew Stoler, a 2007 Central Bucks South graduate, passed away suddenly at his home July 26 at the age of 24.

Evan Andrew Stoler passed away suddenly at his home July 26 at the age of 24.  Born in Lansdale on August 2, 1988, he was the beloved son of Richard Stoler and Martha (Haughey) Stoler.

Evan was a 2007 graduate of Central Bucks South and attended classes at Bucks County Community College.  Evan had many amazing intellectual gifts and an extraordinary gift and strong love for all animals.

He volunteered at the Bucks County SPCA and worked at Tiny Miracles Farm in Chalfont and Giant in New Britain.  Evan also had a passion for sports and sport statistics.  He was known to call WXPN to correct their incorrect stats.  He loved the game of baseball and played on Little League teams and had an intense knowledge of the sport.  

Evan was an accomplished bowler and bowled in leagues for 9 years.  He also enjoyed boating and water sports with his family and friends on the Chesapeake Bay.  Recently Evan was attending the Calvary Church Young Adults Group.

In addition to his mother and father, Evan is survived by his loving sisters Katelyn and Kelsey, his dog Ellie and cat Fraidy as well as many wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins.  He will be sadly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitations 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, July 31 and 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., Thursday, August 1 at Scanlin Funeral Home, 175 East Butler Ave., Chalfont, PA followed by his Funeral Service at 11 a.m.  Interment will follow at Beulah Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, donations in Evan’s memory may be made to the Bucks County SPCA, P.O. Box 277, Lahaska, PA 18931.
