Bucks County Designer House Opens Sunday

Tours of Serendipity Farm, the 39th Bucks County Designer House & Gardens, will open Sunday.

The farm is located at 131 Pine Mill Circle in the Doylestown. The property is nine acres and features gardens, a pool, barn and a pond.  The main house, a renovated 200-year-old farmhouse, has been expanded to 5,000 square feet.

The house has been decorated by more than 30 designers and landscapers. 

Tours will run through May 31. There will be no tours Memorial Day. Each visitor will receive maps of the houses and gardens as well as information about each design company.  

Children 10 and older are welcome to tour the property, which is not handicapped accessible.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 starting April 27.

Special events include a Fashion Show on May 8 and 9, Mother’s Day Brunch on May 11, Meet the Design Team on May 15, Doylestown Hospital Community Health Fair on May 17 and the closing party, the Blue Jean Bash on May 31.

Proceeds from the tours benefit Doylestown Hospital and the mission of the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown.
