Recently the Patch featured a story about a gaffe made by Senator Pat Toomey in 2012.
It made me think about all the news stories I read about about Obama’s gaffe when he said he’d visited all 57 states and had one more to go...

If you don't remember, perhaps that’s because when Obama made that comment in May of 2008, not one single news program reported it.
When the major networks and newspapers are controlled by limousine liberals – Obama’s flubs are kept under wraps like a woman under Sharia law. However, if you’re a Conservative and you fumble your words (or don't carry a teleprompter in your briefcase), the major networks will spread the story like Paula Deen spreads butter.

And, while this isn’t funny; it’s testament to the fact that the media protects Obama:
Recently, is the horrific exploitation of Sandy Hook parents, Obama has misspoken about 2 gun facts – which the main stream press has not corrected: Obama stated that the gun used in the Sandy Hook shooting was an automatic weapon. It was a semi-automatic.
And he tweeted and said in numerous speeches: “Why wouldn’t we want to close the loophole that allows as many as 40 percent of all gun purchases to take place without a background check?” – That is a number that is almost ten years old and the actual number is between 14 % - 22%.
