Learning To Delegate Work For Faster Success!

Outsourcing is often a scary feeling, but done right, it can actually help you make more money!

By outsourcing the day to day back-office tasks, the business owner has more time to focus on generating income.”

Lets say for example you’re a busy professional or entrepreneur running their own business…

For simple math, we’ll say you charge/make $100 per hour. Based on a 40 hr week, that’s $4000 a week.

But to make that much, you would have to be “working or billing” that many hours, correct? The reality is you have many other tasks and jobs that steal from that revenue generating time.

Many business owners get caught up in non-money generating activities such as filing, accounting, website changes, marketing, personal errands and chores.  These activities alone can easily rob you of 20 hours a week.

So now, you just cut your money-making time in half!

Staggering isn’t it?

Now lets say you hire someone to do just 10 hours of those non-money making items @ $50/hr. per week. You  just found a way to make an additional $500/ week! Or crazier yet… $2000 a month!

But here’s the kicker! Those people you likely hire, can often get those tasks done faster than you. So what likely takes you 10 hours to do, they do in 6!

Now… Re-crunch the numbers!

Yup… Now you are generating an additional $700 per week!

With this breakdown, are you able to see how you cannot only save money, but make more money as well?

Here’s the fine print though… In order to have those revenue changes, you need to spend that new found “time” on billable hours or money generating tasks!

So this week I encourage you to think about some of those tasks that are robbing your income potential.

Grocery shopping, gift buying, shipping of packages, scheduling of appointments, making travel arrangements, cleaning your own house, mowing the lawn… Those are just a few to start with.
