Local Organizations Hosting MLK Tribute Event

The event, to be held Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Temple Judea, will include a discussion of Martin Luther King Jr's vision for America.

The CB Cares Educational Foundation is partnering with local religious organizations and the Central Bucks School District to host an event recognizing Martin Luther King Jr.

The event, to be held Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Temple Judea, will include a discussion of Martin Luther King Jr’s vision for America.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day is Monday, Jan. 20. There is no school that day in recognition of the holiday.

“Middle and high school students are invited to think about where we are on a national and local level and where we could be,” an event flyer reads.

The event is a partnership between the CB Care Educational Foundation, The Peace Center, Central Bucks School District, Temple Judea, and Second Baptist Church.
