Thursday's Anniversary Marks a Sad Day in Doylestown

Holly Berry Huynh, 9, died in a high-speed car accident on Nov. 21, 2012.

Thursday marks one year since a high-speed car accident took the life of Holly Berry Huynh, a Groveland Elementary School fourth grader.

The accident happened Nov. 21, 2012—the night before Thanksgiving—on Route 611. Huynh, a budding artist who loved ones say had an inquisitive mind, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Drew Bodden, the driver of the car that hit Holly's grandmother's vehicle, has been found guilty of third-degree murder in connection with the crash. Prosecutors say he was driving more than 140 miles an hour when he slammed into the back of Suzanne Berry's Honda CRV.
