Program features keynote speakers, performance by the CB West High School Choir, candle lighting and refreshments in remembrance of those killed by drunk drivers and hope for victim survivors.
This is a program free and open to the community and brings awareness that drunk driving is the number one crime in Bucks County and there is a strong presence of Mothers Against Drunk Driving in the county.
