Merchants of Doylestown Invite you to "Fill the Bus" to Help Those in Need

The Merchants of Doylestown are working with the United Way of Bucks County and the Dart Bus Program to help families in need through the Doylestown Food Bank. Downtown Doylestown will host an event to “Fill the Bus” on First Friday August 2nd, from 6pm-9pm. A DART bus will be parked at State Street & Main Street during this time, and the general public is being asked to help those less fortunate in Bucks County by literally trying to “Fill the Bus” with non-perishable food items. The main items needed by the food bank are: soup, gravy, canned meat/fish, coffee, chili, stewed/whole tomatoes, and other ready-to-eat shelf stable meals. The Merchants of Doylestown will promote this to their customers, friends, and families as a way for us all to "Love our Locals".
