Join Kelly Scotti of Flying Dragon Wellness Health | Nutrition | Yoga as she explains what cravings are, why we have them, and how to make the most of them. Class participants will also be led in a mindful eating experience that will take them from feeling deprived to feeling satisfied, nourished, and fully engaged.
