Be Beautiful Be Free - Chemical-Free Cosmetics

Natural Awakenings magazine of Bucks and Montgomery counties is collaborating with Green Changes organic apparel company and the Whole Body departments of two Whole Foods Markets to celebrate the campaign Be Beautiful. Be Free. Both events will introduce attendees to high-quality cosmetics and personal care products that are free from potentially harmful, synthetic chemicals. Natural Awakenings magazine will distribute copies of its December issue, fresh off the presses, with pages of tips for natural, chemical-free beauty. Green Changes will be selling its 100-percent organic cotton T-shirts themed for the Be Beautiful. Be Free. campaign, plus various other eco-chic goodies. 

Each event will revolve around a slightly different theme. The Whole Foods Market, Plymouth Meeting, event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., December 8, in conjunction with a storewide tasting and holiday sampling day. The Whole Foods Market, Jenkintown, event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 pm., December 9, and will feature a lesson from a ballroom dance instructor on how to walk with grace and confidence. The day of beauty will also include a green carpet fashion show and a roaming photographer taking photos of attendees being beautiful and free.
