Traffic Disruptions Planned for Rt. 611 and 202

PennDOT continues to work around the area of the Route 611 Bypass and Route 202.

Construction of the new Route 202 Parkway will result in off-peak travel restrictions this week, May 7-11, on Route 202 in Montgomery and Bucks counties and on the Route 611 Bypass in Bucks County, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.

The installation of Intelligent Transportation System components for the new Parkway will result in intermittent lane closures in both directions on the Route 611 Bypass at the Route 202 overpass in Doylestown Township on Monday through Thursday, May 7-10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Intermittent lane closures also may occur on Route 202 (Doylestown Road/Butler Avenue) between Route 309 (Bethlehem Pike) and Route 611 in Montgomery, New Britain and Doylestown townships on Monday through Thursday, May 7-10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for traffic signal work.

Brief traffic stoppages and intermittent lane closures also may occur on Route 152 (Limekiln Pike) between Stump Road and Route 202 (Butler Pike) in New Britain and Warrington townships and on County Line Road between Upper State Road and Stump Road in New Britain, Warrington and Montgomery townships on Monday through Friday, May 7-11, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for equipment crossings.
