The 'You've Got to be Kidding Me' Forecast

Unfortunately, it seems that winter isn't done with us yet.

The National Weather Service is predicting snow and sleet for the Doylestown area starting early Wednesday morning and lasting throughout the day. Accumulation is expected to be less than 1 inch.

For those of you hoping the weather prognosticators are wrong, I wouldn't hold your breath: they've got the chance of rain and snow listed at 100 percent.

Wednesday Night: Snow and sleet before 1am, then rain and snow. Low around 32. Northeast wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Thursday: A chance of rain and snow showers before 11am, then a chance of rain showers between 11am and 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42. North wind between 10 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 24. Northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 43.

Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 22.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 43.
