State Roads Still Closed by Storm Damage

Some area roads, especially in Solebury and New Hope area, still are closed, PennDOT said Monday.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation advises drivers that five state roads in Southeastern Pennsylvania remain closed or restricted because of storm damage.
 
The following state roads are closed due to storm damage in PennDOT in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, as of Monday at 5 p.m.:
 
Bucks County
Route 32 between Green Hill Road and Route 263 in Solebury townships. Pavement damage.

Route 263 between Center Bridge Road and Route 32 in Solebury Township. Pavement damage.

Stony Hill Road between Reeder Road and Sugan Road in Solebury Township and New Hope Borough. Pavement damage.

Tohickon Hill Road between Point Pleasant Pike and State Park Road in Plumstead Twp. Bridge damage.

Chester County
Foster Road between Green Lane Road and Yellow Springs Road in Charlestown Township. Drainage pipe and pavement damage.

PennDOT reminds motorists they can log on to 511PA.com or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions on major highways before heading out.
