A Quakertown man, Richard Bianchini, 31, was charged with kidnapping and other charges after an incident at the Days Inn in Doylestown. Bianchini was arrested on Saturday, May 12 at about 8:34 a.m. after he allegedly held a woman in a room at the motel and refused to let her leave, according to police.
