The lawyer for a teen charged in a high-speed DUI case says his client intends to go to trial and a Montco Commissioner says a tax increase is needed.

: Thousands of Bucks County residents are still without power following Saturday’s snow, accounting for about a third of the region’s residents still waiting for electricity to return. And there are about power outages.

: Connor McNicholas waived his preliminary hearing Monday and will be formally arraigned on Dec. 14 for charges related to a car accident that claimed the lives of two 2010 Hatboro-Horsham graduates.
