Families Invited to Winter Holiday Program

The Sunday afternoon program at the Y will teach kids about everything from Diwali to Ramadan.

CB Cares, in partnership with the Central Bucks Family YMCA, invites families to take a ride on the “Winter Holiday Express - Celebrating the Magic of Diversity.”

Join Magic Jim Vagias as he takes the audience on an imaginary train ride around the world.

With lots of humor and audience participation, everyone will leave the program knowing more about Kwanzaa, Diwali, Solstice, Ramadan, Hanukkah, and Christmas.

The program is free to the community, and is geared toward kids from kindergarten through eighth grade, organizers said. It will be held Sunday, Dec. 18, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Teen Center at the , 2500 Lower State Road, Doylestown.

This event brings to life CB Cares’ Boomerang Youth Recognition Award Asset for the month of December. This is one of the 40 Assets promoted in our Central Bucks community through the programs of CB Cares:
