Trains to Doylestown also will not run this weekend, but will be replaced with shuttle buses to Lansdale, SEPTA said recently.

Both changes are due to work SEPTA is doing at the railroad crossing on Route 202 (Butler Pike) near Bristol Road.

A traffic detour will be in place while Route 202 is closed to direct vehicles around the site.

During the closure, crews will replace the existing grade crossing with a new concrete crossing. SEPTA says that will allow for a smoother ride on Route 202 between Chalfont and New Britain Boroughs.
