Real Estate Market Statistics for October 2013

The October 2013 Real Estate Market Statistics (provided by TrendMLS) are now officially posted for all our local counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.  Year to date for Bucks County in October 2013, settled single family homes were up 22.71% from  last year!  The average sales price in Bucks County came in at $334,000 up 3.41% from the previous year.  Looking at our surrounding counties, Chester County was up 15.98% at an average settled price of $359,000, Delaware County was up 13.85% at $269,000, Montgomery County up 16.75% at $322,000, and lastly Philadelphia County was up 19.11% at an average of $179,000.
