Locally-headquartered national non-profit Twilight Wish Foundation recently received a two-year grant from Philadelphia-based intellectual property law firm Volpe and Koenig P.C.’s IPromiseTM Charitable Giving Fund (IPromise). C. Frederick Koenig, III, a shareholder at the firm, recently presented a $20,000 check to the staff of Twilight Wish Foundation.
IPromise supports greater Philadelphia, Pa. and Princeton, N.J. area non-profits, helping them continue their good work in the region by awarding $20,000 grants to two qualified organizations. This year, Twilight Wish was chosen in the veterans’ causes category. The IPromise grant will provide the funds to fulfill the wishes of several qualifying elderly veterans.
“At Twilight Wish, we feel it is our privilege and duty to honor our elderly American veterans’ sacrifices by fulfilling their wishes,” said Twilight Wish founder, Cass Forkin. “Receiving the IPromise grant allows us to acknowledge the service of several elderly veterans by fulfilling their wish requests.”
