We are currently seeking a Studio Manager aka Right Hand Person for our locations in the Philadelphia region. This position encompasses the general management of the location including sales, marketing, customer service and administrative tasks. In a typical day you will schedule lessons, meet with customers, respond to and close prospect leads, manage teaching staff, plan a show, write a communication email to parents, and keep tabs on children during rehearsals. In this position you will act independently and have a lot of leeway in making our school ROCK. The Studio Manager also generates new customers through marketing promotions and campaigns and is responsible for meeting revenue generation goals and expectations. The ideal candidate is hip, fun, creative, and cool and brings some life experience to the position along with a roll-up-the-sleeves approach.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

-Think and Speak in Metrics -- a person who can think about the key SoR data points that will govern whether they are successful or not.
-Can Succinctly Sell a Story - A person who can quickly explain how the company's offering solves the customer's pain--and why they should buy from this company rather than a competitor. Must be able to frame this in 30 seconds or less.
-Well Connected - This means knowing people within the company's industry, as well as influencers in the press and promotion community.
-Versed in Modern Marketing - we want individuals that know their newer marketing strategies like search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), conversion rate optimization, and e-mail marketing.

-Must be personable and outgoing with the ability to develop interpersonal relationships quickly
-Strong presentation skills
-Strong Customer Service Skills
-Can connect with both children and their parents
-Possess a neat, modern professional appearance 
-Ability to sell an intangible product
-Ability to command respect with staff and customers alike
-Incredibly organized person who understands and meets deadlines
-High energy person who is able to thrive in a fast paced environment
-Non-Smoker
-Creative idea person who is a problem solver - no task is too small 
-Reliable and punctual with reliable transportation
-Self-motivated and doesn't need a lot of supervision to grab the reins
-Must have great references

This is a full time/40+ hours per week position. You must be available to work during the following hours:
Monday -- Thursday 2PM to 9PM
Saturdays -- 9:30 to 5PM
Additional hours are driven by marketing events/campaigns and show schedules
