Family Lawyer Jessica A. Pritchard to Speak at Pennsylvania Bar Institute

Bucks County family law attorney Jessica A. Pritchard will present “Questions? Putting the Family Law Puzzle Together for the Non-Family Law Practitioner” at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on Aug. 1 in Philadelphia. To register, or for more information, go to PBI.org or email info@pbi.org.

The program will address questions concerning family law issues often posed by clients. Attendees will learn guidelines for support, custody, divorce and protection from abuse and walk away with tips on procedures, definitions, grounds, relief and what to avoid. These guidelines are geared specifically toward lawyers who do not focus primarily on family law.

A partner at Williams Family Law, P.C., Pritchard focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Since 2006, Pritchard has been consistently recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Pennsylvania “Rising Star” as part of the Super Lawyers rating program. Rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell®, she is the chair of the Family Law Section of the Bucks County Bar Association.

Pritchard is a frequent speaker regarding a variety of family law matters for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Bucks County Bar Association and Bucks County American Inn of Court.
