Vine and Fig Tree Prepares to Serve Last Meals

If the Vine & Fig Tree Bistro is one of your favorites, you have one week left to enjoy a meal there.

The bistro is closing on Oct. 20, owner Drew Abbate announced.

Abbate said the landlord did not renew the lease for the E. State Street restaurant.

“I have looked near and far at possible spaces to relocate Vine & Fig with no luck,” Abbate said.

Abbate said he plans to work at an area restaurant once the Vine and Fig Tree closes, although he did not specify the exact location.
