Mother's Day Tea

Bucks County Housing Group is hosting a Mothers Day Tea at Tyler Mansion on the grounds of Bucks County Community College May 5, 2012 from 1pm until 4pm. The community is invited to attend this open house event and enjoy an afternoon admiring the beautiful interior of Tyler Hall and strolling on the grounds with spring in full bloom. This open house event is perfect for family and friends of all ages.  

Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for students and $5 for children. Tickets are available online at www.bchg.org. Tickets will be availableat the door but will be $25, $15 and $10. Purchase your ticket online prior to May 5 and receive one free raffle ticket. All proceeds from ticket sales, raffles and sponsorships will go to support BCHG’s mission ofserving homeless and hungry families in Bucks County.

Artisans and vendors will be on hand to offer gift ideas for that special “mom”. Specialty teas, supplied by The Tea Can Company and a variety of sweet and savory treats will be served. Carries Cupcakery will bake a variety of mini cupcakes and Just Scones will deliver the “best scones
in Bucks County.” Well known vendors such as Silpada and Tastefully Simple will be there along with Bucks County artisans offering hand crafted items. Children can make a gift for mom at a “Kidz Craftz” table.This is a great opportunity for to Dads and kids to shop together. Guests canalso participate in an “It’s All About Mom” raffle.
