'Cake Boss' to Unveil Byers Choice Cake
The bakery that stars in TLC's "Cake Boss" is making a birthday cake for Charles Dickens for an event at Byers Choice.
Those who attend Byers Choice's upcoming birthday bash for Charles Dickens will be in for a sweet surprise.
Carlo’s Bakery, of TLC’s "The Cake Boss" television show, is creating the birthday cake for the late author of "A Christmas Carol."

The cake will be unveiled on Friday as part of a weekend-long celebration in honor of what would have been Dickens' 200th birthday.
Byers Choice is hosting the party at its headquarters on County Line Road. Gerald Dickens will be traveling from London to kick off the event, Dawn Byers said Thursday. He will perform Dr. Marigold, one of his great great grandfather's favorite works.

Coffee and desserts will be served after the performance, and the Cake Boss creation will be on display throughout the weekend, the company said.
