Thousands flocked to Doylestown's Central Park on Sunday evening for a night of music, food, fun and fireworks.

The Philly Party Band entertained the crowd beginning at 7:30 p.m. and fireworks followed a few hours later. Food trucks supplied snacks and the weather was perfect for an evening of summer fun.

The event, part of Doylestown's Sounds of Summer series, was put on by the borough and the township. It was the second of six outdoor musical events that are open to the public.
