Shyamalan Picks Vancouver Over Doylestown for New Series

M. Night Shyamalan has selected Vancouver, not Doylestown, for the site of his upcoming television series, according to Sharon Pinkenson, executive director of the Greater Philadelphia Film Office.

Last week, Pinkenson announced Shyamalan, who lives in the Philadelphia suburbs, was considering both Doylestown and Sellersville as the backdrop for his upcoming show, "Wayward Pines."

Vancouver, British Columbia was also under consideration and ultimately was chosen.
