A Doylestown filmmaker is working to raise money to produce a documentary about children coming together.
Henry Nevison is seeking support for his documentary about a musical play that brings together children with cerebral palsy and able-bodied kids, according to an announcement on Doylestown Patch. The musical, “On The Other Side of The Fence,” is written by Philadelphia composer Andrea Green.
The project is described as a "warm-hearted documentary about the acclaimed metaphorical children’s musical about tolerance and diversity."
Throughout October, which is National Bullying Prevention Month, Nevison has an online campaign on Kickstarter to support the production of this documentary.
The documentary would be used in schools worldwide and will be submitted to film festivals for possible airing in movie screens, according to the announcement on Patch.
Nevison’s past work has been featured on History Channel, Discovery Channel, Biography Channel, HGTV, PBS, NBC and more, according to his bio.
