Two Upcoming Concerts to Raise Money for Local Food Pantry

Concerts on Friday and Monday evening will raise money and canned goods for the Bucks County Housing Group's Doylestown Food Pantry.

Two upcoming musical events in Doylestown are planned to support the local food pantry.

Concerts on Friday and Monday evening will raise money and canned goods for the Bucks County Housing Group’s Doylestown Food Pantry.

Event organizers also hope to use the concerts as a way to spread awareness of the upcoming election on Nov. 5.

On Friday, Philadelphia hip hop artists Ground Up will perform at Siren Records. Night Panther, a local band, will open for them. Music begins at 8 p.m. Click here to view the Facebook event page.

Tickets are on sale now or at the door for $10 or $8 with a canned/boxed food item for the local food pantry. Siren is also accepting canned and boxed food donations all week leading up to the show.

On Monday, American Idol finalist and Doylestown local Justin Guarini and his funk band, The Payback, will perform at MOMS (Maxwell’s on Main). Local DJ Shael Fisher will open for The Payback.
