Bucks Fever FilmFest Tickets on Sale Now

Meet the winners at a VIP reception Sunday, October 16.

For more than 10 years, the Bucks Fever FilmFest has inspired up-and-coming filmmakers in Bucks County.

This year's contest wraps up this coming weekend, with seminars for filmmakers, a VIP reception and the screening of the winning films.

Tickets are on sale now for the VIP reception and the screening - but they go fast, according to the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.

The idea for the film fest was first hatched in 1999, and the first Bucks Fever FilmFest was held in September 2000.

Since then, more than 400 films have been submitted, 100 have been chosen for screening, and more than $15,000 in prize money has been awarded.
