Power Restored to More than 5K

The power outages impacting central Bucks County are mostly restored, with just 23 New Hope customers waiting for service, according to PECO's outage information map.
Earlier in the afternoon Tuesday, more than 5,000 PECO customers in central Bucks County were briefly without power.
PECO's outage information map showed at 12:30 p.m. that 5,230 residents from Buckingham, Solebury, Upper Makefield, New Hope, Northampton and Wrightstown were without power. 
Solebury Township was hardest hit by the outages. More than 2,130 customers in that township were without power as of 12:30 p.m. 
This is the second major outage in the past week. Last Monday, more than 31,000 PECO customers in central Bucks County were without power for a period of time Monday.
