Father's Day Fishing Derby!
Join us for this year’s annual Father’s Day Kid’s Fishing Derby on Sunday, June 19th, 2011 at Angler’s Pier in Peace Valley Park. Check-in time will start at approximately 7:30 am until 8:15 am and fishing will begin at 8:30 am until 10:30 am.
It is a catch and release derby for boys and girls ages 5 to 15 years in four age categories.
-Pre-registration is required on or before June 10, 2011

-Bring a bucket, bait, fishing pole, net, and barb less hooks. Recommended equipment: spin cast/push button rod and garden worms for bait
-No fishing license required

-Children under 14 years must be accompanied by a parent or adult 18 years or older.
Fee: $7 per child / $13 (two or more kids in the same family).
Each participant must complete a registration form. Registrations forms are available at www.doylestownrec.com, log on, create an account, and register! Please mail any registration form along with check to Doylestown Township, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown, PA 18901.
