At the Lower Makefield Garden of Reflection, an "Honor and Remembrance Ceremony" will begin at 8:30 a.m. The garden is Bucks County's official memorial to the terrorist attacks, and was dedicated in memory of the 18 Bucks residents who died in the attacks.

Doug Hoglund of Woodside Presbyterian Church in Yardley, Rabbi Daniel Grossman of Adath Israel Congregation in Lawrenceville, NJ, Father Jim DeGrassa of Our Lady of Grace Church in Pendell, and Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa of Khalsa Healing Arts Center in Yardley.

The ceremony also will include the reading of the names of the 18 Bucks County victims, along with the ringing of the bell by the Yardley Makefield Fire Company.
