Bike Race, Arts Fest Draws Crowds to Doylestown
It was a busy weekend in Doylestown, with both the Thompson Bucks County Classic and Doylestown Arts Festival drawing crowds.
Doylestown was bustling Sunday as thousands flocked downtown to simultaneously enjoy the annual Arts Festival while watching a professional cycling race.
The Thompson Bucks County Classic was held over the weekend and drew about 150 professional racers.
The highlight of the two days of racing featured the Thompson Criterium, which includes 35 laps of high-speed cycling around Doylestown streets. The racing was visible from many locations at the Arts Festival.
