The Rose Group Grants Holiday Wishes to Children of BCCY Social Service Agency

Local Franchisee Participates in 23rd Annual Holiday Gift-Giving Program For Local Charity

The Rose Group, a leading franchisee of Applebee's Grill & Bar and Corner Bakery Cafe, is pleased to announce their involvement in the 23rd Annual Holiday Gift Giving Program for the Children of Bucks County Children and Youth Social Service Agency. With 37 employee participants, 2013 marks the year with the highest level of contribution since The Rose Group became involved in the organization many years ago.

Holiday Gift Giving Program for the Children of Bucks County Children and Youth Social Service Agency is an annual program for abused, neglected and impoverished children through the age of 18. This year the organization provided 878 children with gifts, topping last year’s total of 800. In addition to the holiday program, the agency is involved with adoptions, foster care, in home counseling, child safety, poverty and other issues related to the children.

“The BCCY holiday program is a no-brainer for us,” says Harry Rose, Chairman of The Rose Group. “To be able to fulfill the specific holiday wishes of children is an extremely satisfying experience and our involvement is just another example of The Rose Group’s deep support for charitable organizations in the communities for which we serve.”
