Roxy Reading Therapy Dogs Want You to Strut Your Mutt with Them

Roxy Reading Therapy Dogs is holding their second annual Strut Your Mutt on May 3 from 9AM - 1PM at Fanny Chapman Park. We'll be having a howlin' good time and want you to join us! We're "pawsitive" you'll love our Puppy Kissing Booth; rescue pups looking for a forever home; Canine Good Citizen testing by Training Tails; rally demonstration with The Pet Campus; entertainment by Tohickon Middle School Chamber Choir; pet portraits by Jane Caruso; hand-cut dog silhouettes by Classicuts; as well as numerous vendors and food. At 10:30 AM, dogs and their owners will “strut their stuff”, show off their Kentucky derbies in a parade around Doylestown lead by Mayor Ron Strouse, culminating in “The Winner’s Circle” where judges will give awards for “Best Doggy Derby,” “Best Owner-Dog Look-a-Like,” and “Best Homemade Hat.” All dogs are invited to strut, not just therapy dogs. And, Philadelphia Soul's Soulman and dancers will make an appearance.
