Network of Victim Assistance will celebrate two decades of cultivating and showcasing great local artists with its 2013 Galaxy Art Show & Sale. A special retrospective of past years’ featured Galaxy artists will mark the four-day event, held Thursday through Sunday, November 7–10, in the Bucks County Courthouse rotunda.
Works of these former featured artists will be highlighted: Katherine Steele Renninger*, Harriet Ermentrout, Glenna Lange Bye, Jean Franz Miller, Susan Ketcham, George Booz*, Ranulph Bye*, Taylor Oughton, Donald Patterson, Alan Fetterman, Colette Sexton, Dot Bunn, Carol Cymbor, Helena Van Emmerik-Finn, George Thompson, Materese Roche, Christopher McCall and Emily Thompson. These luminaries of the local arts community will be honored during the opening ticketed Artists’ Preview reception on Thursday, November 7, from 5pm till 8pm.

Seventy-five additional artists from across the region will join them, exhibiting their art and high-end crafts in a wide range of media and styles for viewing and for sale.

The Galaxy Art Show & Sale is NOVA’s premiere fundraiser and community event. After the opening reception on November 7, the show and sale continue, open to the public free of charge, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Special activities for adults and children are offered during the show’s hours, all at no charge.
