Host Families Needed For The Bucks County Classic Bicycle Races!

Have some room to spare?
Most of the racing teams participating in the Thompson Bucks County Classic are small budget affairs: in fact, there is a true “starving artist” aspect to being a barnstorming pro racer on the U.S. circuit. These  teams often rely on Host Housing when traveling to events to keep their expenses low and to make it possible to participate in races scattered across our very large country.
How can you help?
Host duties include the following:
Individual beds for Friday and Saturday nights (at least two riders per home if possible)
Breakast at 7:30 on the morning of September 7 – eggs, mueseli, some bread. (many of the riders have their own concoctions they bring with them and we will relay that information to the families)
Breakfast at around 9am or so on the 8th.
Riders look after their own dinners (we provide Friday evening meal at the number pickup)
We are also inviting the host families to the racer dinner on the evening of September 6th at Thompson BMW. It is a great chance to see all the riders, meet the team, and take them back home for their stay.
