Newt Gingrich to Sign Books, Buckingham Candidates Night

Here's what going on in Doylestown on Tuesday, Oct. 22:

• Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich will be at the Doylestown Bookshop at 6 p.m. for a book signing event with his wife, Callista.
  
• The Buckingham Township Civic Association is hosting a Meet the Candidates night Tuesday. The event will be held at 7 p.m. in the Buckingham Room of the Buckingham Township Building, Hughesian Drive at Rt. 413. Attendees will be able to ask questions of the candidates vying for the offices of supervisor, auditor and tax collector in Buckingham Twp.
