Total Body Training is a great class for meeting all your fitness goals in just 2-3 short sessions each week. Each class is professionally designed by a Certified Personal Trainer to be safe, efficient and effective. We use intervals and weights to create a hormonal response that burns fat while restoring lean muscle. All levels are comfortable with this class and you will advance quickly.
