Possible Measles Exposure in Doylestown

The state department of health updated an advisory from earlier this month, saying a recent incident is related.

The state department of health issued an advisory regarding the spread of measles Tuesday, the second one this month.

Health officials said the possible exposure is in direct link to the July 11 exposure at a drug store on Main Street in Morgantown, Berks County. 

Officials identified six other locations where potential exposure may have occured, including  on Old Dublin Pike in Doylestown, specifically on Friday, July 22 from 6 p.m. to closing.

If you believe you may have been exposed to measles, contact your health care provider immediately.

Berks County: BB’s Grocery Outlet, 6180 Morgantown Road (Old MOM’s Mall) on Tuesday, July 19, between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.; Chick-fil-A, 4675 Perkiomen Ave., Exeter Township on Thursday, July 21 from 6:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.

Delaware County: Starbucks, 443 E. Baltimore Pike, Media on Friday, July 22 from 7:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Lehigh County: KNBT Bank, 235 Main St., Emmaus on Friday, July 22 from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.; PA Wine & Spirits Store, 1325 Chestnut St., Emmaus on Friday, July 22 from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
