Police: Kids Stole $116 Worth of Condoms from CVS

Plus, one man is accused of stealing a toothbrush from CVS, while an iPod Touch is reported stolen from a car.

 

Here is the latest round up of police reports from Doylestown Borough.

Theft

Charges are pending against three juvenile males for allegedly stealing seven packages of condoms from CVS on Saturday, Feb. 18 at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The condoms are valued at $116.63.

Theft

Christopher Milanesi, 37, Edgecombe Avenue, Glenside, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at approximately 10:36 a.m. after he allegedly removed a toothbrush from the CVS without attempting to pay for it.

The toothbrush is valued at $7.39.

Milanesi is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly possessing a glass pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana.

Theft

An iPod Touch was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the rear lot of an Ashland Street restaurant sometime between 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 and 12:55 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18.

The iPod is valued at approximately $190.

Assault

Officers are investigating the report of an assault that occurred at a North Main Street bar on Saturday, Feb. 18 at approximately 1 a.m.

The victim reported that he was struck in the face while he was standing at the bar. The victim suffered a laceration to his lip, requiring stitches.

The suspect is described as a blond male, approximately 5’10”, in his early forties.

Criminal Mischief

A representative from Acme Markets reported that graffiti was written in the men’s restroom on Saturday, Feb. 18 at approximately 3:03 p.m.

The graffiti was written in silver marker.

Trespassing

Douglas Bell, 27, Marian Circle, Chalfont, was cited on Sunday, Feb. 19 at approximately 1:46 a.m. for allegedly entering a South Main Street bar from which he had been banned.

Disorderly Conduct

Leslie Peltonen, 41, Winterberry Drive, Doylestown, was cited on Sunday, Feb. 19 at approximately 4:32 p.m. for allegedly creating a disturbance by yelling obscenities during a traffic stop involving her vehicle.

The incident occurred on Green Street in the area of Hillside Avenue.

All the more reason to give out condoms for free! Those kids know and understand about the importance of safe sex!! Kudos on that!! Lets put free condoms in all drug stores to encourage safe sex!!
