3. Up to No. 3 this week is 50/50 (R): With a talented, sexy, artist girlfriend and a cool job with NPR, 27-year-old Adam Lerner seems to have it all. But when Adam discovers he has a rare and possibly fatal form of cancer, his entire life turns to chaos.

4. Down to No. 4 this week is The Ides of March (R): An idealistic campaign worker learns the dirty truth about politics. With the presidential primary season in full swing, the timing is right for this one.

5. Making its debut in the Top 5 is Paranormal Activity 3 (R): a couple and their two young daughters encounter an entity in their house. At first, the invisible presence is friendly toward them, but its behavior changes drastically and it starts tormenting them. So they install security cameras to record these paranormal activities.
