Drug Violations
Steven Dotterer, 25, Meadow Lane, Perkasie, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at approximately 2:30 p.m. after he was found in possession of a small bag of suspected marijuana while turning himself in on an outstanding warrant at the Sheriff’s Department.
Drug Violations
Danielle Dayton, 29, Edgely Road, Levittown, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 10 at approximately 9:01 a.m. after she entered Domestic Relations Court with a glass pipe commonly used for ingesting crack cocaine in her purse.
Theft
Three students from Central Bucks West High School reported that they had items stolen from the boys’ locker room on Monday, Dec. 20 between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
The first victim reported that his wallet, containing identification, an ATM card, and about $30 cash was removed from his backpack. The second victim reported that about $20 cash was removed from his wallet, which had been in his backpack. The third victim reported that approximately $10 was removed from his sweatshirt pocket.
Drug Violations
Charges have been filed against a 15-year old male, Furlong, after he was found to possess a suspected marijuana cigarette.
The juvenile was one of a group of juveniles that had been stopped by officers investigating the report of a fight at the rear of the Bon-Ton on Thursday, Dec. 23 at about 4:03 p.m.
Criminal Mischief
Numerous objects were vandalized in the center of town between Thursday, Dec. 23 and Sunday, Dec. 26 at about 8:45 a.m.
Items included mailboxes, a dumpster, a generator, an air conditioner, and a truck, as well as exterior doors and walls of local businesses.
Graffiti include the tags “ACK,” “BSC,” “FBK,” “SHIME,” and the word “Core.”
The graffiti was written in black, white, and red marker, as well as black, blue, and yellow spray paint.
Theft
Melissa Stout, 27, Street Road, Warminster, was arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 28 at about 12 p.m. after she allegedly removed a wallet from a purse hanging on the victim’s chair at Starbucks Coffee.
The wallet, which is valued at about $200, contained identification, credit cards, and approximately $10 cash.
Stout was arraigned before District Justice Seaman and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10% of $20,000 bail.
Liquor Laws
Phoebe Hannah, 18, New Galena Road, Doylestown, Jennifer Psculkowski, 18, Farber Drive, Chalfont, Molly Smith, 18, Chapman Avenue, Doylestown, and three 17-year old females were cited for underage drinking on Thursday, Dec. 30 at approximately 12:39 a.m. after investigation revealed that they had been drinking in a residence on the 800 block of N. Broad Street.
Driving Under the Influence
Richard Moser, 61, Chapman Avenue, Doylestown, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 30 at about 1:38 p.m. after his vehicle allegedly struck a parked vehicle at the 7-11.
During the accident investigation, Moser was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Moser was taken to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.
Public Drunkenness
Derek Cichminski, 21, Country Club Drive, Doylestown, and James McCabe, 21, Rosewood Lane, Warrington, were cited on Friday, Dec. 31 at about 3:02 a.m. after an officer observed them staggering and creating a disturbance on S. Main Street in the area of WaWa.
They were both also cited for disorderly conduct.
Theft
A representative from 20/20 Vision reported that two Gucci eyeglass frames were stolen from the store on Friday, Dec. 31 at about 11:00 a.m.
The frames were valued at $779.90.
Burglary
Adam Bolden, 20, no fixed abode, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 3 for allegedly burglarizing a home on the tens block of E. Ashland Street sometime between December 23 and December 31.
Bolden allegedly entered the residence by breaking locks on two windows on the west side of the residence.
He allegedly removed approximately $25 in change and three bottles of alcohol valued at approximately $75.
Bolden was arraigned before District Justice Kline and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10% of $25,000 bail.
Drug Violations
Zachary Lee, 19, University Drive, Pittsburgh, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 31 at about 10:30 p.m. after he was found to possess a glass pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana.
Lee had been stopped for being in Burpee Playground after hours.
Public Drunkenness
Ashley Lukoschek, 21, Wayside Drive, Warrington, was cited on Friday, Dec. 31 at about 11:27 p.m. after she allegedly created a disturbance by shouting while leaving a Main Street bar.
Lukoschek was also cited for disorderly conduct.
Liquor Laws
A 16-year old girl and two 17-year old girls were cited on Saturday, Jan. 1 at about 12:50 a.m. after an officer stopped to check their well being after observing them in the parking lot at Linden Elementary School.
All the girls exhibited signs of alcohol consumption.
Weapons Violation
Jared Enslin, 27, 5th Avenue, Warminster, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 1 at about 1:06 a.m. after his vehicle was stopped for an obstructed license plate on State Street in the area of Lafayette Street.
During the traffic stop, Enslin was found to possess a semi-automatic handgun without a valid gun permit, as well as a spring-action knife.
Enslin was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10% of $25,000 bail.
Public Drunkenness
Nicholas Donato, 21, Ashland Street, Doylestown, was arrested on Saturday, Jan. 1 at about 3:56 a.m. after he allegedly created a disturbance and interjected himself into a police investigation despite being warned to leave the area of the incident.
Donato also is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Donato was arraigned before District Justice Kline and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Disorderly Conduct
James Stymiest, 26, Hilltown Pike, Hilltown, and Jason Wischner, 28, Byberry Road, Hatboro, were cited on Sunday, Jan. 2 at about 2:18 a.m. after an officer observed them engaged in a physical altercation in the Plaza East parking lot.
Driving Under the Influence
Jeffrey Maxwell, 25, Groveland Road, Pipersville, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 3 at about 12:30 a.m. after an officer observed him sleeping in his vehicle, which was parked and idling on E. State Street in the area of Pine Street.
During the traffic stop, Maxwell was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Maxwell was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.
Maxwell is also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a weapons violation for possessing a spring-activated knife.
Theft
A representative from Maryanne’s Pastry Shop reported that someone stole 18 bagels from the rear of the business on Tuesday, Jan. 4 between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.
The representative reported that this has happened several times before.
Driving Under the Influence
Glen Bierman, 61, Mercer Avenue, Doylestown, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 4 at about 10:57 a.m. after he was stopped for driving his vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.
During the traffic stop, Bierman was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. He was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.
Driving Under the Influence
Julie Nagle, 29, Providence Avenue, Doylestown, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 7 at about 12:08 a.m. after she was stopped for making a prohibited right turn on red at the intersection of W. State and West Streets.
During the traffic stop, Nagle was noted to exhibit signs of intoxication. She was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.
Nagle was transported to Doylestown Hospital for blood tests.
Drug Violations
Leeland Oliveros, 22, Deep Glen Way, Doylestown, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 7 at about 1:30 a.m. after an officer observed a small bag of suspected marijuana on the passenger side floor of his vehicle.
Oliveros had been stopped in the area of E. Oakland Avenue and Church Street for having unlawful tinting on his vehicle’s windows.
Disorderly Conduct
Justin Redfield, 20, Dolly Circle, Chalfont, was cited on Friday, Jan. 7 at about 7:35 a.m. after a representative from WaWa reported that he created a disturbance and refused to leave the store, as requested.
Drug Violations
A 16-year old boy, Danboro, and a 17-year old boy, Doylestown, were arrested on Friday, Jan. 7 at about 8:35 p.m. after an officer stopped to investigate a group of juveniles in Maplewood Park after hours.
The 17-year old male was found in possession of a glass pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana. The 16-year old male was found to possess a small bag of suspected marijuana.
Harassment
A citation has been filed against Joseph Gagnon, 69, Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown, for allegedly grabbing a female by the throat and pushing her, following a domestic disturbance at Bobby Simone’s on Friday, Jan. 7.
Criminal Mischief
Two vehicles parked on Stacey Drive were vandalized on Sunday, Jan. 9 at about 10:3o p.m.
One vehicle had a dent in the driver’s side door and a pink liquid splashed onto it. The second vehicle had no damage but had its side view mirror pushed against the body of the vehicle.
A witness reported two occupants in a blue coupe caused the damage.
Harassment
Jonathon Tomasovic, 22, Clinton Street, Doylestown, was cited on Wednesday, Jan. 12 at about 9:02 a.m. after he allegedly engaged in a physical altercation about the use of a snow shovel.
The victim reported that he was repeatedly punched and kicked in the face because he wouldn’t let Tomasovic have the snow shovel, which the victim was using at the time.
The victim suffered lacerations to his forehead and the bridge of his nose but denied medical treatment.
Tomasovic also was cited for disorderly conduct.
