Daylight Saving Time Starts Sunday
Get ready to 'spring forward' this weekend.
It's that time of year again, when we move our clocks forward.
Daylight Saving Time starts at 2 a.m. on Sunday.
Before you go to bed that night, don't forget to "spring forward" by moving your clocks ahead an hour.
The good news: the change allows us to enjoy one more hour of daylight in the evening.
The bad news: we lose one hour of sleep overnight on Saturday.
Daylight Saving Time continues until Nov. 3, when we move the clocks back an hour.
The time change affects all states except Arizona and Hawaii.
