I wonder if Mr. Fitzpatrick will count this as one of his town hall meetings. You know, those new Republican town hall meetings where only Republicans are invited to attend.
I certainly hope someone will ask Mr. Fitzpatrick why - when he said he wants to create jobs - why he voted against the jobs bill. Also, why did he vote to turn Medicare into a voucher program. That would be so bad for Bucks County seniors!
Why, as well, does Mr. Fitzpatrick continue to oppose regulation of the finance sector when Wall Street & bankers nearly drove the world economy off a cliff in 2007?
Another thing, why does Mr. Fitzpatrick vote for tax breaks for the wealthy while ignoring the needs of the middle class. Mr. Fitzpatrick works for the oil & insurance companies, for the Chamber of Commerce, not for thee!
The last time we had a budget surplus it was under a Democratic Party administration. The Republicans quickly gave that surplus away in the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy. Republicans & their rich corporate sponsors will destroy the middle class & democracy with it!
