Residential Burglary

On 01/26/2012 between 11:30 am and 1:50 pm, the rear door of a home in the 100 block of Pebble Woods Drive South was forcibly entered through a rear door. Various items of jewelry were stolen.

Driving Under Influence of Alcohol and related charges

On 01/22/2012 at 1:25 am, a vehicle was observed traveling on Route 611 at 60 MPH in a 45 MPH speed zone and swerving in the lane of travel. The driver, Alisha Dudley, 25 years of age, Hatboro, PA, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage about her. She failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest. She provided blood samples for testing. The above charges were filed before District Judge Mark Douple on 01/23/2012.

On 01/29/2012 at 11:40 pm, a vehicle was observed on Pebble Hill Road attempting to park erratically between two other vehicles. The driver, Kacy Shipe, 20 years of age, Oley, PA, had the odor of an alcoholic beverage about her. She failed to satisfactorily perform field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest.
