Support Family Suffering from Holiday Loss
The Rotary Club of Central Bucks is hosting the fourth annual Holiday Fundraising Event at Bobby Simone’s Trompa on Tuesday, December 11th beginning at 6pm. Raffles will include a signed Jeremy Macklin Eagles Jersey, several wine baskets and other surprises. The raffles will be announced close to 8pm, with a jazz band performance beginning at 8pm.
This year, the Central Bucks Rotary has chosen a beneficiary close to home, the Huynh Family. The Huynh’s lost their 9 year old daughter in a fatal car crash over the Thanksgiving holiday. Several Rotarians have families in the area, and some of their children attended school with Holly.
“We were moved by the story of the Huynhs and wanted to help the family overcome their loss”, notes Mike Esposito, Central Bucks Rotary President, “as someone whose family has been struck by tragedy, I understand how important community support will be to the family.” A memorial fund in Holly Huynh’s name has been established at the Univest Bank.
All are welcome to attend the fundraiser, there is no fee for admission and no advanced registration is required. In addition to the raffles, there will be a cash bar and opportunity to purchase food from the menu. Bobby Simone’s will contribute a portion of the proceeds to the cause. At past events, Bobby’s has contributed additional generous donations as well. More information about the event can be found on www.centralbucksrotary.com.
The Central Bucks Rotary is a chapter of Rotary International, the world’s first service organization with over 1.2 million members across the globe. The Club meets every Tuesday evening at 5:30 pm at the Plumsteadville Inn. Holly was a wonderful little girl! Anyone who is able to donate, please do! Her mom, Colleen, is a very hard working person. Anything you can do, I know would be greatly appreciated. Please pray for Suzanne's ( Holly's grandmother ) recovery. This is such a tragedy. Thanks to everyone who can help.

A special thanks to the Rotary Club of Doylestown! You chose the fundraising recipient very wisely! Thank you for all that you do.
